Making Yushi Tofu and Okinawan Cuisine!
This is a hands-on course of traditional Okinawan “Yushi Tofu” and Okinawan Cooking!
You will also receive a recipe for making tofu with a mixer & recipes that you can do at home!
The course will be conducted in Japanese and English, so it is recommended for those who want to experience a variety of languages.
There will also be a talk about island tofu and okara.
